The Challenges
Environment Australia commissioned SRA to examine the effectiveness of Oracle Portal to provide the following functionality:
- Bulletin Board - Post discussion topics and replies using a tree mechanism;
- Job Posting - Allow jobs to be posted and completed, showing statues of jobs and reports showing open jobs and priority;
- Room Booking - Keep track of room bookings via a calendar interface. Also produce a report to show room availability.
