Our Approach

The System Development Methodology is employed in conjunction with our Project Management Methodology.

The Methodology is tailored according to the specific needs of a given project. This flexible approach means that the unique needs of each client can be taken into account and then addressed.

The Life Cycle Diagram depicts the Methodology in a linear fashion whereas in practice many of the phases may be performed in a cyclical manner.

The Life Cycle Diagram is intended to indicate sequence and timing of phases but not duration. The duration of a specific project is determined by the scope and size, and the needs of the client.

Formal approval points may be implemented at the end of each stage and/or phase. There is an emphasis on user involvement throughout the duration of the project.
