We have a particular expertise in conducting Feasibility Studies into GIS and spatial information system alternatives.

Requirements Definition

Requirements Definition is a life cycle phase in our Application Development Methodology but many clients choose to perform Requirements Definition as a project in its own right.

SRA has a wealth of experience defining requirements for IT systems. Our proven approach centred on a series of workshops and interviews being conducted with key stakeholders and users and continuous rounds of feedback.

The deliverable from a Requirements Definition project will be a document detailing all functional, data and technology requirements for the system. This will serve as the primary input into application design and development activities and may be incorporated in a Request For Tender or the like.
