A support agreement sets out the framework that SRA works to, and includes details such as the type of support (eg 24x7, 10x5), response times and charge out rates. - Regular Status Reporting, Issue Tracking, Documentation and procedures
- For 24x7 support we have a dedicated number and our DBA's are provided with laptops and air cards for mobile access
